  1. Looks wonderful…I was just wondering how you will dry it all – do you just leave in the sun/warm cupboard, or speed things up eg in a low oven? I’ve tried drying herbs a couple of times (mainly sage) but it always seems to loose its flavour and look a bit ‘musty’ – I was wondering if you had any top tips?!

    1. Well, mama reckons that if we leave it in the troughs it will get a bit sweaty. The idea is to retain the oils. Our plan is to put it into a piece of mesh netting, and let it sit to dry in a warm place.
